1. Order Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed, packed, or shipped.

  • Orders are typically processed quickly, often within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Once the order enters the fulfillment or shipping stage, it cannot be canceled.

2. How to Cancel an Order

3. After Shipment
